The Round-off is one of the earliest skills gymnasts learn. It also is the most common skill used on Floor Exercise, Vaulting (Yurchenko Vault), and Beam. To perform this skill efficiently and correctly at a high level takes years of refinement and practice.
In this DVD, Tammy Biggs breaks down the round-off and gives several drills to make your round-off great. She covers the side cartwheel, the one arm cartwheel, cartwheel with 1/4 turn in and out, the short and long round-offs, and how to connect back tumbling to it. The video shows great demonstrations of Tammy's circuit of drills that she teaches all around the country and is a great video for all coaches and gymnasts.
