NOTE: All forms of payment referenced are US Dollars.

It is important to us at DGS Gymsupply.com that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If however, you find any problems with your order it is important that you contact us and are issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by our customer service team.

RMAs are actively open for a 30-day period.

Items that are returned to us without an accompanying RMA# will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Orders not returned within 30 days are NOT eligible for return.
All orders returned at any time will be subject to a  re-stocking fee.

Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned in their original individual packaging, along with any tags, printed materials, labels and accessories. Software, DVDs, and CDs must be unopened and in its original packaging. Sale and clearance items, due to their limited nature are sold as is and are not eligible for return.

Grip Returns
1. Regarding finger holes, we will not accept grips back after finger holes have ripped.
2. When using a grip brush keep brush away from threads that attach the dowel , dowels will fall off and we will not replace or credit the grips. 

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance. C.O.D. will be refused. If making an exchange, please enclose $7.00 for return shipment to the United States.

For international customers making an exchange, please enclose $20.00 for return shipment.

You do not need to enclose any money if returning for a credit. It is recommended that you use a shipper that provides shipment tracking, like UPS or Priority Mail, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your return refund to appear on your credit card statement.
