Spring Floor Kit w/ Palmer Springs

Complete Kit to build your own spring floor.  You provide the lumber and the labor.

Each Spring Assembly Contains:

(1) 4" Coil Spring

(1) Top Mounting cap

(1) Bottom Mounting cap

(1) T-Nut

(1) Machine Screw

(1) I/E Lock Washer

Price per spring assembly: $1.40 each (FOB Factory)

FOR CUSTOM SIZING:

For example: If your floor is a 12x40, then this is the formula you would use:

There is 1 spring per square foot.

12x40=480 so that would be 480 springs.

Then you ad up each side of the floor

12+12+40+40+104

This is because you have double springs around the edges.

So the total springs that you would order for the customer would be 584.
