The 302DB is our double buckle grip in a standard width. This grip has two straps that can each be adjusted to the gymnasts preference. This grip is recommended for higher-level gymnasts, and ones that have worn grips before. We do not recommend this grip for the first time dowel grip user.

ALL GRIPS ARE SOLD PER PAIR. Don't forget to purchase wristbands or wrist neoprene with your grip purchase.

I love these grips so much! i have been using them ever sense i was level kfive up until now level 9. they are great! the only thing i would say is they are very easy to break in which is good, but it can be a little slippery at first so you have to be careful. but love these! I would 10/10 recommend

  • SOFT, COMFORTABLE GRIPS 5

My 12 year old daughter is a level 9 gymnast. She has tried other grips but loves these. The leather is soft so she doesn't even have to break them in on their first use. When she gets them, she uses some sandpaper rolled around a pencil to slightly widen the finger holes. Then, they are ready to use. When she tried the ProTec version, the leather was a bit slippery because of the coating and it took over a month to break them in. She prefers these and they are even cheaper than the ProTec ones.

  • My daughter loves these 3

My daughter loves these grips, but seems to be going through them about every 1-1/2 to 2 weeks now. They were great to a certain point, but when you're training advanced level 10 or elite skills, they just stretch out too quickly and the leather gets slick. I would definitely recommend these for gymnasts up to level 10, but may eventually not be durable enough. Loved them though...breaks in after only a few swings around the bar.
