Beth Gardner is a 1983 graduate of Texas A&M University and owner of Heart of Texas Gymnastics located in Temple, Texas. She has an extensive background specializing in preschool gymnastics, and is one of the authors and directors for the GAT (Gymnastics Association of Texas) Instructor Training Program (ITP). Beth has represented USA Gymnastics as a National KAT and MELPD Instructor as well as serving as a USAG National Congress presenter. Her articles, appearing in Technique Magazine, and her publications include topics covering preschool and boys' gymnastics.
