The sport of ninja is like no other. With the obstacle landscape constantly evolving, there is always a new challenge waiting around the corner. Because of ninja's everchanging nature, it can be difficult to know where to start. That's where we come in! The DGS curriculum includes eight weeks of lessons that cover foundational movements and techniques needed to become a real ninja warrior. With four obstacles each week, your ninjas are sure to be engaged throughout each lesson and eager to learn more! 

The curriculum is designed to aid coaches in instructing ninjas from ages 4 to 15. Each week your athletes will learn new concepts and techniques while discovering how to conquer each new obstacle! Every lesson provides comprehensive written and video instructions that are simple to implement inside the gym. Whether you're just starting or you already have an established program this course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to support you along your ninja journey.
