The Flare

The Monstro flare is a hanging hold that will put your pinch grip to the test! With a half inch top end flared down to 2 inches, an underhanded grab will stress your hands and build strength like no other. Unlike a 2x4 pinch, the flared shape adds a bit of stability when attempting this type of grab. The Flare can be used from the bottom or the side, depending on what grip you are trying to work on.
