This product is used in a Men's/Women's Quick Release U Base Single Bar Trainer by AAI.

It's PURPOSE is to have a quick way of removing the bar from the uprights without tools.

If you do not have the correct collar on the Men's or Women's bar you are using, 
you can order the Quick Release Conversion Kit and receive a collar that will allow rapid bar changes
on an AAI UB SBT.
