Swing Arm and Chip Clip
This is the assembly used for the dreaded "Monstro Swing" at the National Ninja League World Championships, minus the chucks and handlebar piece.
Use this hinged swing arm and separate "chip clip" to hold it in its starting position, combined with a hand hold of your choosing to create your own version of this ninja killer.
The swing arm requires two cross pipes for mounting, and the chip clip requires one cross pipe.
