First you will need to remove the cover and foam from the top
Remove the spring and rubber bumper
Drill out the hole with a 3/8 drill bit
Install the t-nut on the top side by inserting into the hole and tapping with a hammer until seated
Next install the fender washer, 3 flat washers and the button head bolt and tighten
Re-install the spring and repeat until all the bumpers have been replaced
